Avoid excessive speeds, and be particularly careful on difficult terrain. And keep in mind that riding doesnt mix with drugs and alchohol.The Minimum operator age for ATVs with engine sizes of 70cc up to and including 90cc is age 12; for engine sizes above 90cc, the minimum operator age is 16.
